Education at TBMPS is a relentless quest for excellence, for the fullest possible development of a student’s personality & potential viz; academic, spiritual, moral, social, & physical are key endeavours.
TBMPS aims to be an institution of excellence where sound ethical values and academic achievements are encouraged in a safe and nurturing environment.
Our values work as an orchestra; an ensemble rather than collection of individual instruments. We have defined our key values which are unique to our school using the acronym 'RARE'.
TBMPS is a thriving ICSE school in Naigaon East, offering an innovative and refreshing approach to education. We combine contemporary learning techniques with a strong emphasis on personal development, spiritual growth, and physical challenges.
Established under the aegis of the Thakur Educational Trust, which has been at the forefront of quality education in Mumbai, TBMPS remains committed to excellence. Our school motto, "Enrich, Empower, and Enlighten," is reflected in every aspect of our activities and operations.
"Resilience is an ordinary magic – the power to bounce back and refocus after failure."
"Persist and always try your best."
"Actions spring not from thought, but from a readiness for responsibility."
"Empathy is seeing with the eyes of another, listening with the ears of another, and feeling with the heart of another."
There's something about mascots that stir up powerful emotions. Kids usually identify the things they have in common with them. These tiny tots feel that they have a buddy even if they are a bit nervous about leaving their parents and coming to school. The major reason for having a mascot is - they create that sense of belongingness students crave, and it makes them feel at home.
"The righteous are bold as a lion." Lions epitomize Strength and Courage. The lion is gentle and loving but also fierce and powerful. Another reason we chose the lion is that in nature, lions are “the king of the jungle.” They have no predators. They are supreme. We want our students to personally experience the gentle and loving characteristics of the Lion as well as his power and greatness.
Independence Day was celebrated at TBMPS with great pride and patriotic fervour. The ceremony began with the hoisting of the tricolour, which was a moment of honour as our school management representative, Mr. Sagar Sir, unfurled the national flag. Students showcased their love for the nation through cultural performances, speeches, and songs, reflecting the spirit of unity and freedom. The day was a reminder of the sacrifices of our heroes and the responsibility we hold as citizens of this great nation
TBMPS celebrated the joyous festival of Janmashtami with devotion and enthusiasm. Students, dressed as little Krishnas and Radhas, brought the stage alive with songs, dances, and enactments depicting the life of Lord Krishna. The celebration beautifully reflected the values of love, faith, and togetherness, making it a memorable occasion for all.
We culminated our Marathi सोहळा with a grand celebration of Maharashtra’s rich heritage. From the soulful ‘भूपाळी’ to the vibrant ‘गोन्धळ’, every performance radiated cultural pride. The highlight was the traditional ‘दिंडी’ procession, where students joyfully carried the spirit of devotion around the ground, echoing unity and tradition. From folk dances to soulful music, from rituals to art, we showcased the many beautiful colours of Maharashtra in one unforgettable celebration.
